Consultations

$600 Flat Consultation Fee

General Legal Consultation

A general legal consultation may be scheduled through the appointment option on this website. The consultation fee may be paid through the website payment option when scheduling. The fee covers the scheduled consultation only and does not include continuing representation, document preparation, court appearances, filings, or other legal services unless the Firm and client enter into a separate written engagement agreement.

Consultations are subject to attorney availability and conflict review. If the Firm is unable to conduct a paid consultation because of a conflict or another professional restriction, the consultation fee will be refunded.

$700–$2,000 Flat Consultation Fee

Criminal Matter Consultation

The Firm offers consultation-only services for individuals who have been arrested, charged, accused of a crime, are under investigation, or have concerns regarding a criminal allegation in the State of Washington. This consultation is also available to all immigrants and other non-U.S. citizens, inside or outside of the country, who wish to discuss issues that may arise because of a criminal matter, including potential immigration-related consequences and whether additional immigration counsel may be appropriate.

The $700 fee covers the consultation only. It does not include criminal defense representation, immigration representation, court appearances, filings, negotiations, or ongoing case work unless the Firm and client separately agree in writing to additional representation. Scheduling and payment for a consultation do not by themselves create an attorney-client relationship for any matter beyond the consultation.

Immigration Matters

We will discuss the matter individually and offer flat-rate fees. We will consider special discounts for students and low-income clients.

Payment method

You can use the payment link on the website to pay for consultation fees. There is an extra $15 fee for credit card payments. For payment of retainer or flat rate, please contact the law office for further information. Please use the payment link only for consultation.

Important Fee Information

Published fees are intended to provide general information about the Firm's pricing. The precise scope of representation and the final attorney fee will be confirmed before representation begins and stated in a written engagement agreement. Flat fees cover only the legal services specifically identified in that agreement.

Court filing fees, recording fees, appraisal expenses, expert fees, tax or accounting services, travel expenses, and other third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise. Additional or materially different legal services may require a separate fee agreement or written amendment.

The limited-time representation fees apply to qualifying new engagements entered into through December 31, 2026. The Firm provides legal services only in jurisdictions and matters in which the attorney is authorized to practice. Availability of a particular service may differ by jurisdiction and by the facts of the matter.
